Can I see it before I pay?
Yes! Your first 3 previews are free, with a watermark. No account or payment details needed.
What if it does not look like us?
Every purchased portrait includes 2 free redos for likeness. Still not right? Contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Change-of-mind refunds are not available.
How long do you keep my photos?
Unpurchased sessions and source photos are deleted after 7 days. After a purchase, source photos are deleted after 30 days. Save your finished downloads; galleries remain available for 1 year. You can request earlier deletion.
Can I print my portrait?
Yes. Digital purchases include a watermark-free 4K download for personal printing. You can also add a canvas after checkout, with US shipping included.
